Our BFC Bootcamp is an exciting option for getting fit that fits in your hectic life!

When can I join the bootcamp?

You can join our bootcamp classes at any time. You will need to schedule an initial fitness assessment before participating. Please contact me to schedule at 214-244-3275 or chris@bfcbootcamp.com.


What is the bootcamp schedule?

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 6 AM.

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 7 PM.


What is the cost?

How can I schedule personal training?

Personal training times are limited. Please contact me for availability.


What equipment do I need to bring to class?

At BFC Bootcamp, we provide most of the necessary equipment for your workout enjoyment. The only thing (other than water) you’ll need to bring is a yoga-type mat for your comfort during certain exercises and a pair of 5 or 8 pound dumbbells.


What if I’ve never worked out before?

Our number one job is to keep you safe. It’s hard to reach your fitness goals if you’re injured, so our bootcamps are definitely user friendly. All movements and exercises are taught and drilled prior to the workout and modifications based on ability are given. All our bootcampers are able to work together on their “individual” workout using their own intensity level.
